My clients are typically looking to grow their business globally and increase its resilience and all face the question of managing change. My role is to lead new strategies, new products and services, define new business models and seek more effective and efficient ways of working.
My contribution is a mix of coaching as well consulting because I work alongside my clients, be they individuals or teams, helping them to deliver the results. Working together we don’t just define a strategy, but we develop individual and organisational capability to innovate and manage change more effectively and efficiently. Our success is measured in results not in reports.
With my long history in global brand development, I am asked to provide a different and independent perspective and focus, for clients with complex and critical issues, seeking to growth their international footprint, typically working with small internal teams or dedicated taskforces. The outcome is both a definitive strategy and detailed action plan.

Miles Revell
Management and Sales ConsultantOriginally educated at Hull University, England as part of an engineering apprenticeship awarded by gen-set company Dale Electric Ltd, England. Miles trained in both the Gen-set and Static power divisions of the company. Filling a number of roles during his time there, Miles specialised as Technical Author for the off-shore oil and gas industry. Later he Joined Gen-set control company Deep Sea Electronics in a sales role, however this was rapidly expanded to cover customer support management responsibilities and Product development. Miles Joined ComAp based in Prague, CZ in 2007 to lead a change in sales structure the company embarked upon. Miles then worked in Italy with Sices srl developing their generator controller business internationally. Defining the product road-map and developing the sales and marketing strategies which lead to massive growth in terms of product sales globally and international brand awareness. Having spent the last twenty odd years focused on the development and sales of gen-set control, Miles is currently running a consultancy business helping clients build international brands and develop resilient business models.
As one of the leading people in the Power generation industry globally, I have delivered business growth, managed complex projects, set up new subsidiaries and sales offices, appointed and developed new distributors, and provided technical services and ultimately customer satisfaction.
My career has seen many roles in sales, marketing, technical support and authoring, and strategic corporate development. I have a unique ability to manage complex challenges directly from this experience. We are stronger working in teams than individually. Especially in teams that are well developed and able to see the whole picture. Strategy is fine but making sure it covers what you will not do is an important part of the strategy often overlooked. Execution of the strategy is what really matters, not having the strategy itself.
